You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all data and content you upload or create. Prohibited activities include:

Uploading malicious or illegal content.
Attempting to circumvent any security features of the Service.
Using the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that AI can make mistakes and may produce inaccurate information. You agree to review and verify any AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with students.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TeachTrax and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain all rights to the content you create on the platform.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service are available under a "Premium" subscription plan. All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their terms of service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the "Delete Account" feature on your Profile page.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TeachTrax, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
