For Educators: If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of an Educational Institution, you represent and warrant that you have sufficient authority to agree to these terms on behalf of your institution. If you are providing access to students under the age of 13, you represent that you have the authority to consent to the collection of personal information from students for educational purposes, and that you have provided all required notices to parents and legal guardians regarding students' use of online services.
